Dr. Anna Woodbury is Division Chief for Pain Management at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) in Atlanta and Associate Program Director for the Emory Multidisciplinary Pain Fellowship. She is double-board certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine and licensed in Acupuncture. She is an Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology at Emory University School of Medicine and active in research at both Emory and VAMC. She has been a member of the national Committee on Pain Medicine for the American Society of Anesthesiologists (2013-2015) and is currently a member of the Pain Management Committee for VAMC-Atlanta. She has presented nationally and written book chapters, articles and clinical reviews on integrative medicine and its applications for chronic pain management, anesthesia and neuroprotection. Her clinical expertise and research interests include the use of interventional procedures and complementary therapies for the management of pain.
