Alexandra obtained her B.S. in Chemistry with a Biology Minor at the University of West Georgia, and is currently pursuing a Master of Public Health with a concentration in Epidemiology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.  Her research experience includes examining the reactivity of antioxidant compounds based on the number and positioning of phenolic compound substituents. She is currently working with Dr. Amy Rodriguez on aphasia research studies and the Connectivity Core at the Atlanta VA CVNR.
